Shipping policy
We are a small, family run hobby shop with over a decade of experience in selling 1/6 scale items. We pride ourselves on shipping your order with accuracy and in a timely manner. Here is a breakdown of what to expect after placing an order and our policies on FAQ with issues that may arise due to the nature of e-commerce and having to employ a shipping service to deliver your items to you in the mail. Combined Shipping
The Zhukov's Attic store shopping cart will combine shipping automatically at checkout. After we fulfill and package your order, we will refund any shipping overages back to you, if possible.
Order Fulfillment Time
We reserve a 3-business day turnaround time to fulfill orders, meaning from the time your order is placed, we will hand your shipment over to your chosen shipping service within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends - orders placed on weekends will start the fulfillment process on the next business day.
Tracking Updates During Shipping
When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number. Please understand that once we hand a package over to a shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS), we do not receive any additional updates other than what can be seen on the tracking number link that you are able to view in your web browser. Tracking numbers are a modern technology, and like any other technology, they are imperfect at times. Please allow the shipping carriers the stated amount of time to deliver your order within their specified timeframe for the shipping service you have purchased. If your order still shows to be in shipping after this timeframe has passed, please contact us by email. Concerns about delivery should be addressed with your local post office as we receive no additional details other than the order being marked as delivered.
Returns
Returns are accepted in limited circumstances.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days. Please contact us by email to initiate this process. No returns will be accepted past the 30-day window.
- Returns initiated for "Did Not Like Item" or "Incorrect Fit" will be subject to a 50% restock fee.
- If you send items in a return package that were not originally discussed for return with the ZA Team, these items will be subject to a 60% restock fee.
- Item must be in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your or original method of payment.
- If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not make guarantees that we will receive your returned item due to the imperfect nature of having to utilize a shipping service to transport it from you to us.
Item Broken During Shipping
Although we would prefer to hand deliver every order to ensure its safe arrival, we utilize shipping services to complete the delivery part of your order. If your item arrives broken, please contact us to discuss rectifying this. Many 1/6 scale hobbyists commonly repair minor breaks with super glue or similar materials. Our policy is to first offer a partial refund for you to purchase repair materials and repair the item yourself. If you prefer a full refund, please contact us to discuss return.
Errors with an Order
Please contact us by email to rectify this. While we pride ourselves on accuracy, we maintain a catalogue of over 15,000 unique miniature parts, so we will gladly correct any issues with items that were caused by human error on our end. We will ship you the correct item at no additional shipping cost to you.

Please note that Zhukov's Attic reserves the right to terminate our business relationship with any customer who abuses the return policy, or acts unprofessionally toward the ZA Team with repeated, rude, abusive, or vulgar communications. After all, we are all working with TOYS - let's have fun!
